Be aware that our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

Deliveries may take longer during busy seasons and promotional events.

We collaborate with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall estimated time for delivery is a combination of both processing and shipping periods.

If your order doesn’t arrive within 45 days, we’ll provide a full refund. If delays occur, please contact us. We strive to respond within 12 hours.

If tracking indicates ‘delivered,’ but the package is nowhere to be found, initially inspect your property. Then, get in touch with the specified courier. If the issue remains, reach out to our customer support at [email protected].


We can’t be held liable for packages that aren’t delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Make sure to double-check your address details at checkout. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Be aware that our email response time is up to 48 hours; if your package is sent out during this window, it’s out of our hands.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to handle any regional duties, taxes, or related fees. Stormmerch will not be held accountable for customs fees, duties, or taxes in cases where:

  1. The package is rejected by the recipient.
  2. Delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts in the destination region.
