  • Should you catch an error, however, you have a 6-hour window from order placement to cancel and make a corrected order.

Cancellation Guidelines

  • A 6-hour window is available after order placement for cancellation.
  • Should you miss this window, the order may already be in processing or shipping.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, orders are considered accepted, and refunds are no longer available.

State of Return Items

  • Original tags should be intact.
  • Minor, repairable issues will not qualify for return.

  • Shipping receipt/label.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence of defects.
  • Relevant email screenshots.

Return Shipping Expenses
